Im suprised that people see Napoli as underdog. I mean if we talk about history then of coruse Napoli is not a big team. But if we talk about this season for me they are easily good as city for example.

Sorry pal, Inter is 1.80 to qualify. Benfica is 1.95. Those odds are definitely reasonable. On paper Benficas squad is half as valuable as ours and we should beat them.
Value has nothing to do with how good they play. Most of our players are overvalued tbh

Those are gonna be two fun games if we show up like we did against Barca.

I actually found odds favoring Inter and then Benfica and then both being even.
Who will be the favorite will be decided by the form and availibility of their players at the time of the match. As of now Benfica is the favorite, but it's pointless to talk about it now when we are weeks away from the tie.

I’d say Bayern, Madrid and City are the heavy favourites. Napoli behind them and then everyone else. The fact that either an Italian side or Benfica will be in the final and have a chance to lift the trophy is pretty cool. Fuck Milan though.

We really should throw every ounce of energy towards this tie though. As football clubs become more and more a plaything for billionaires, we’ll be left in the dust and success in Europe will become a thing of a distant past.

This UCL quarter & semi draw is literally:

One side : unlimited cash & spending power, oil billions , diamonds and Ferraris.

The other side : eating at the homeless center.

So apparently Osimhen is missing one, if not both, of the Milan fixtures.

So Milan play Napoli 3 times in 16 days or whatever and Osiimhen might miss all of them. Cool.

The only bright side would mean we could meet Milan instead of Napoli in the semis, but that's almost certainly going to be a moot point.

Nah half the players on these Premier League teams are overvalued. We have several players that are undervalued if anything because our profile has been shit for a decade.

Milan's win in Stadio Maradona doesn't convince me at all. Could be a sort of mind-games to distract them even further ahead of that critical UCL clash.

Osimhen's absence would surely be a huge blow for Napoli, but they still have Simeone and Raspadori whom are both creative and able to make difference. Besides, Napoli has a great group, so I think Milan will be brought back to earth shortly.

I've talked about Napoli in the Serie A thread. Simeone and Raspadori are not the rock of that team, the dependable pieces to break down defences. That's Osimhen and they feel a lot more on edge now that Osimhen isn't playing. Those two are great at running at defences when Napoli is already winning (or if the game is wide open)

Of course Osimhen gives significiant advantage to their team, but Napoli is still competitive even without him. It's their group that works well. Let's not forget that last transfer market many of their stars left and people were skeptic regarding their future...

Not exactly the proper point regarding the match, but I mean they still have good players to recover their loss. Sometimes it doesn't take an extraordinary player to solve issues as long as the strategy is properly adjusted in the team.

Regarding Simeone and Raspadori, they are different players. I've always thought Simeone is good at breaking tough defences because of his physicality and good positioning (at getting into chances), whether he's clinical enough, that's another thing but the guy has an eye for the goal. Let's see what happens.

Simeone just needs more playing time to get himself better numbers. I trust in them to trouble Milan in CL regardless.

Yeesh the amount of talent in that City Bayern fixture is absurd. Could go either way but the Bavarians have that aura in Europe whereas City….
