Firmino would be an excellent player for Inter.

He has usually made a fair amount of assists, he could be a good partner for Lautaro.

As firmino is getting older he is losing pace and will be in a more withdrawn forward role, but he has a decent vision and quality on the ball to deliver assists and goals no doubt.

As for as Julian Alvarez goes, then lol. Its not like Inter could afford him even if City wanted to sell.

He has 10 goals 3 assists in 1500 minutes in his first season in all comps, in an extremely competitive big team. Thats hardly poor.

Firmino has Inter written all over him. Older, free and us desperately needing another forward with Correa being awful and Lukaku going back to Chelsea. He might not end up in nerazzurro but the rumours will be swirling around him.

If Firmino comes as a Correa replacement he would be perfect. He would be an amazing impact sub. But if we expect him to start alongside Lautaro then lots of people will be pissed at him for his lack of goals. His creativity is badly needed but above all we need goals from Lautaro's partner when he is in his dry periods.

Above all? Like Inter arent scoring enough goals? Not scoring hasnt been Inters issue this season, conceding too many has.

Inter are scoring quite alot of team goals, with many different scorers, Firmino would fit in well with that mindset.

Meanwhile, thuram doesnt appear to be the most intelligent player out there, though he is young ofcourse.

In terms of overall contribution betweem Firmino and Thuram its a no-brainer.

Also, the idea to sign Firmino to be a sub in italy, come on now...

Actually no. Inter doesn't score enough in second round, which was also the issue last season. 0 Goals against Empoli, Sampdoria, Bologna. Barely beating teams like Verona and Cremonese.

You can be certain Firmino is not gonna change Liverpool bench to Inter bench. His salary demand will probably be at a level that we cannot sign him to be our 4th forward.

Looks like Lukaku might stay at Chelsea as Potter wants a classic 9.

Firmino would slot right into the lineup alongside Lautaro and in fact could become our best attacker.

Dzeko, Carboni and Correa would be the bench options.

Don't think Firmino's gonna end up here though.

Potter isn’t going to last at Chelsea.

Auba on a loan. If he goes back to Barca, he will be a bench player.

I'll post this here was well from player suggestions:

Hopefully we send Lukaku back to Chelsea in the summer. So we need a new striker. If we cannot get Thuram and he goes elsewhere, we could try to get Scamacca from West Ham on loan. He's been basically a flop there and if he has any home sickness, we should definitely try.
Now Gazzetta reporter rumors about Scamacca being a possible target if Dzeko doesn't re-sign (demands two years, Inter wants one year). Claim is based on the assumption Scamacca wants to return to Italy. Which could be true or then not.

Wouldn't oppose a loan deal.

Scamacca has even lost his spot in starting lineup so rumor is certainly believable.

I would take Scamacca at a heartbeat. He surely is still a talented striker, unfortunately Moyes is clueless in using technical players. The problem is other teams must be attempting to sign him as well especially milan who in dire need to replace Giroud.

If Milan re-signs Giroud, they are filled in attack (they have Origi signed already).

Origi has mostly flopped at Milan though. There were rumors even in January Milan are trying to offload him.

Im so game for Scamacca on loan as a Dzeko replacement.

I’m still certain Lukaku stays, so not much room for anybody else unless Correa dips out.

Was half hoping this would happen when Scamacca went to West Ham on an absurd fee. We were never going to pay what Sassuolo wanted and this is a much better opportunity to give him a trial in a league he already knows.

I don’t think he’s a world beater or anything, but I do still think he could be a beast in serie A. Worth it for the right price imo.
