Am I the only one who thinks that Jube will only take Juventus away with a transfer market ban and "bigass" money fine?

You guys are all crazy, Juve aren't getting any real punishment. The criminal case will all get pinned on their now former board, and any sporting case will just get them a slap on the wrist.

Don't be so sure about this, not declaring the real financial situation of the Company it's persecuted from both ordinary and sportive justice, since the first is a false statement towards the whole stock exchange (Juve is quoted on the Italian stock exchange), the second must survey on the regularity of their requirements to be allowed to partecipate at Serie A.
This is not a joke, like Suarez case or some other minor investigation, this is serious.

For now I'm firmly in the "I'll believe it when I see it" camp, but I certainly hope you're right

Isn't this what they tried to do in 2006? Probably reductionist but I'm sure they just tried to pin it all on Moggi, and yet still got slapped with a relegation

The company is liable as much as the directors are. I dont expect - yet - any major sporting punishments, but there will be fines etc for the company as well as potentially prison time for some of the directors. Not yet convinced itll actually go to prison time but the latest report is that arrest warrants are being prepared.

I expect a sporting case will soon open up, and from that, I wouldnt be surprised if some things were issued. The scale of the debts and losses, and given that it was not "really" in an FFP year anyway, I dont think relegation is an option, but potentially heavy fines and points deduction. Remember, if they even drop out of the CL for one season, their financial house of cards will get EVEN WORSE. The best thing for Juve is not relegation, but Europa League. Where they STILL Have to comply with financial restrictions - Serie B, as far as I'm aware, has nothing like the financial restrictions - that's one of the reasons why Milan managed to not do as badly as Inter with FFP settlement agreements in recent years.

Making them play in the EL, with heavy restrictions and forcing them to sell players to be compliant, lots of suspended fines etc, would be beautiful

Yeah, one of those fines that would cripple a small business, something in the area of ~€50k.

It's too quiet for something this big. I really hope they go to serie B. But most probably won't happen. Them going to serie b again, would mean the end of the club. Ficg would rather have a shit cunt team that bring someone like Cristiano in their league, than have Inter buy karhja with loans and promises and shits and ffp.

It's gonna be too good to be true to punish them as they deserve.

Nothing happened with Suarez, and bunch of other fuck ups they did. They're too powerful and influential in Italy.

If they're found guilty they should either be punished accordingly, or not at all.

If the ex management did not disclose losses, paid players under the table - illegally, chances that the punishments are confined to ex management are slim to none - even in Italy.

The club seems royally fucked and I do not see how this is not cheating to gain an advantage, ie. we were furious at our players for not deferring their pay.. and that had an effect on results ultimately. I wouldn't be shocked if 2020 title is stripped and they relegated to serie C.

Again, this is just rumors, but if they did cheat pay in 2020......

Liability is held with the company as well as the directors who do it. That's one of the things about being a director. Even if you entirely change ownership etc the operating company holds joint liability for the actions of its appointed directors.

Can you explain this to all the juve fans on reddit? They all think because the directors resigned the club is in the clear and the case is only against the directors.

The appropriate punishment for the fraudulent directors are the flames of bolgia 8, in the 8th circle of hell. The demons will know exactly how to punish Agnelli and Nedved.
