It's confirmed that it's Porto, right?
They didn't do the draw again or something?

Gimme Milan in the quarters. And hopefully Benfica vs Brugge winner plays Frankfurt vs Napoli winner and we face them in the semi. We need a deep run here.

But we're extremely capable of fucking it up vs Porto.

What worries me about Porto is if our chokers can handle the pressure of going into a CL KO as favorites. I have serious doubts about it.

Nice draw on paper, but in reality its totally 50-50, porto playing fast paced football, our shity back have hard time handle this kind of football, i think we will gonna see a lot of goals, its will be very hard for us, we will concede for sure, i just hope that our forwards will not fuck up...

Inter will likely crash out to Porto, not because they have a worse team, but because of their cowardsh coach and due the fact that Porto will play at home in the second leg.

Porto have always been a team that has, usually, been very very good at home and poor away. Inter needs to win the first leg by atleast 2 goals, or else they will crash out in Portugal. But knowing Inzaghi he will be satisfied with a 1 goal win or even a draw and there is no way Inter will win in portugal.

1-1 i milano and 2-0/1 in portugal seems likely.

agree wtih this, I feel like we were able to do well against barca since there was 0 expectations getting a result against them at the start

Different squads, Porto squad nowadays lacks depth and criativity up front, selling Diaz, Vitinha and Fábio Vieira in just 6 months was terrible for the attack.
The full backs are horrible, Pepê who´s one of our best creative players has to play at RB in tough matches cause the RB is so incompetent.

Mbemba also left for free this summer so the board decided to splash 20M for a promising Portuguese CB from Braga, David Carmo, also cause Pepe isn´t getting any younger. The dude looking absolute garbage atm playing in a system that only uses 2 CB instead of the 3 like he played for Braga. Slow af doing stupid tackles, he was even benched by Ivan fuckin Marcano the last game.

Now our best players are Diogo Costa a fantastic young GK, Otávio, Uribe but he doesn´t give a fuck this season cause he´ll leave for free this summer, Pepê, when we don´t have to play him as RB, and Taremi. The rest of the team is average or incompetent.
You guys have a Pepe and a Pepê?

Imagine reaching 3 European finals in a row with relative underdogs followed by 2 European semis in a row and all you're known for is being a choker
Also the only Inter coach in the history of the club who started last matchday as first and failed to win the title. Also zero titles in his career. Zero. Always the bridesmaid, never the bride. I know i am in the minority about Cuper. He's even in this forum's La Grande Inter section 🤮

You guys can praise him as much as you want but i will always remember him for two humiliating chokings against our biggest rivals which haunted my childhood.

Lol I'm not praising him, I wanted him out in the summer of 2002 and I think we killed whatever we had going when we didn't. He still managed to reach semis with a 17 year old Martins, Kallon, Pasquale, Morfeo, Okan and Gamarra getting important minutes throughout the season.

He was sort of special in his way, but I wasn't a great fan, especially after the Ronaldo debacle.

Now that there's no away goal rule we might actually beat them
I didn't dislike the away goal rule, but that game should be the best example why it was bullshit in some conditions. Both teams literally played in the same city, same stadium, both games ending in draw, and they qualified for the final out of nowhere. They should have added some regulations or something for these kind of games, but the decision they removed it completely was not a bad idea imo.

The only disadvantage is that if both legs end in a tie, then the away team in second leg have to play an extra 30 minutes in the away field without having any advantage, it's something that happened in RM Chelsea game last season. Maybe they should also remove the 30 extra minutes and go to the penalty kick directly?

About that CL SF vs Milan, it's also worth sighing that Vieri missed both legs. But the problem with final qualification was that we never know what would happen
against Juve. If we would lose, it'd be something that their fans talked for ages. The same happened in the reverse. Milan Juve rivalry is never same with the Inter Juve one. I actually remember an Italian Juve fan in a football documentary saying "Losing the CL final to Milan was disappointing, but thank God it wasn't Inter".
