Given his age, Miki may well be done. But nothing about his Roma performances suggested that he was finished.

Judging him based on the first game of the season, where he was asked to play one of only two midfielders where we had 4 strikers on the pitch is silly. And even then, has was hardly our worst midfielder.

The injury is concerning though, and I can him being slammed by injuries and turning out being an idiotic buy.

he is 33 not 36 0r 37. muscle injury, nothing serious.

I have to disagree, I think it is concerning.

Even though he clocked 3300+ minutes for Roma last season, he missed out on the last four games of the season due to a hamstring injury and now he’s picked up the same injury. Not a good sign.

So, it is good that his contract is 1+1 in this case. If there is not some unpleasant surprise like in the Vidal's situation.

Mkhitaryan was solid against Lecce. Though his performance may have been made to look better by how garbage the other midfielders were.

Did one good defensive job on one of Lecce's forwards. But his injury renders him useless right now

He’s good, can drive ball forward, that element is missing from our midfielders, only problem I have with him is disappearing in 2nd half, but with his role at Inter he will be great with restricted minutes

Most reports are saying his recovery is going well and he could be back vs Cremonese. The goal is to be ready for the derby tho.

How come no one writes about this guys performance? He was by far the smartest player on the pitch. Sadly hasn’t been lucky with his shot prior to the end, but as far as I’m concerned we have to try him at least once over Hakan

I think he's gonna be just fine as a rotation player for us. I want him to try to shoot more, he has a cannon of a shot.

Shoutout to Mikhi. Never really understood what his role is in our team. But (a) he was still sprinting by the 89th minute and (b) he held the ball quite well tonight, which is why BOTH Bastoni and Dimarco could venture forward frequently.

Overall very good performance. Should also note that little run to the flank which slightly dragged 3 Barca players with him making some space for Hakan to shoot comfortably and score.
