I just don’t see a toplevel coach here. The first half of past season was great, but it was imo also due the good work of Conte and the confidence of winning the Scudetto. We had the same drop in performences as under Spaletti. He doesn’t want to use young players. His tactics are slow as fuck. I didn’t see players getting better last season. And he hasn’t the tactical ability to turn things around during games. Just a Lazio level coach. But i don’t see any better alternatives around for us. So it is what it is.

10 years of FIFForum SupporterI doubt it. Conte had to change the whole psychology of the locker room. This squad was a bunch of career losers before he took charge of it. I don't think you can overstate how important it was to clear the mental hurdle associated with winning something.

I was reffering to roster that ended 2021 season wining scudetto. If we didnt sell anyone and Eriksen stayed healthy, with that roster Limone would win scudetto 2022.

Or this is the way to manage the players to prevent making a yellow with the consequence that you will get sub. You know like a deterrence. Even this won't be his only motive in doing so.

Are you happy with their performance? Neither of them is playing with previous confidence. With the competition we had 2 years ago, this defense would concede a lot more. Inzaghi is lucky that the likes of Atalanta, Fiorentina, Lazio and rubentus were shit.
