Have not watched a single minute from our friendlies so I cannot judge but are we that bad (considering the results)?

or maybe he wasn't used because the management wanted to sell him and told Inzaghi not to use him?
Very true. Management surely knows nobody will pay 20 M for a 19 year old with zero first team experience. Oh wait....

To avoid any injury. Young players tend to be more fragile and appear soft when they get kicked as well, so there's the bad image of it as well.

Anyone we wanted to offload outright has not participated in the preseason games. The likes of Lazaro were always doomed to be unsellable.

if he was told that, he would not be with the team, same as Salcedo, Agoume and Pinamonti. Inzaghi is just a retarded coach and thats the only reason.

Let's get our starters injured instead. Grande logic and plan. I don't know who's to blame or what is really going on. We have fucked around with our youth players for many years and enough is enough. Inzaghi is known to prefer youth over vets. This is a shit show.

some inter fans have irrational thinking, that's why this club is going to crumble based on shit management, shit fans, and shit ownership. No one really protest this ownership makes me wonder where is the direction of this club in the future?

Probably we should have sticked with playing Serie F sides in pre season where we could win 8-0 and Lautaro could score 5 goals a game.

There is a small but real potential for this season to be an utter disaster. I'm talking classic crisi Inter where we're a coin toss between finishing 4th or 8th.

This club is just fucking broken right now. The players look utterly shit. There's obvious friction at upper management levels, everyone is feeling the disappointment of this fucking disgusting mercato and the humiliations that were the losses of Dybala and Bremer. Then there's that whole sponsorship fiasco - something which would be a joke for a Serie C team let alone Inter.

Hanging above all this like the sword of Damocles is the complete fucking mess that is Suning's ownership. Multiple players have publicly spoken about the importance of keeping players like Skriniar. The players aren't fucking idiots. They can see that their ranks haven't been reinforced properly and they can see Suning and Marotta lurking like vultures actively trying to sell the best players - and that is clearly bothering the locker room. Honestly at this point we'd have been better off keeping fucking Vidal for the personality because what we have right now is the biggest bunch of fucking pussies I've ever seen in my life. There's not a single leader in this squad besides Skriniar. And even he is too nice.

There's a general malaise surrounding this club and unlike those spastics at Milan we don't have daddy Pioli to put a warm arm around everyone's shoulder, nor Ibra to raise morale like a bunch of deluded cultists. I haven't seen a fucking thing from Limone to suggest he has either the man-management nous or the tactical ingenuity to get us through this period with mental fortitude or particularly effective football.

Like I said, the slim but ever-present chance of a total Inter meltdown has increased substantially. One week out and I am fucking dreading this season already.

I don't think that we'll finish between 4-8, as the competition is not so strong really, and we still have solid players. If we assume that Milan and jube are on the same level at least, there are still two spots available. I think, Inter, Roma and Napoli have the greatest chance to get them, as Atalanta, Lazio and Fiorentina just do not look capable of. Napoli are weaker without Koulibaly, Mertens and Insigne, despite Raspadori. The other new recuits are not so impressive as names, and they have to step up massively (similar to Anguissa) in order to keep the quality. Roma are stronger on paper, but Matic, Dybala, Belotti and Wijnaldum are old/ injury prone, so it is a question mark, how long they could keep their pace.
In conclusion, i believe we should make top 3 this season, with maybe the supercoppa and deep run in Europe league.

Don't have one.
Nah, I don't think this is a locker room stuff, if you look at our training pics, interviews, videos, behind the scenes stuff that shit is on an optimal level. I think it's too early to judge our seria a season right now given that it's only preseason and next week when we go back to seria a reality and start beating teams everything could look like a huge overreaction. We have easy two matches, and we can reach optimal form by then.

The biggest question mark I have is why we looked like shit this preseason energy wise. I watched every single preseason since I can remember, and if you take into account our objective quality and level of fitness and form, something doesn't add up. Yes, we had a string of games with quality teams, but that shouldn't be an excuse at all. Something went rotten with our preparations, and I think that's either on inzaghi and his coaching team methods or our players effort, unrelated to their mood or mercato news.

We played mostly against teams ahead of us in preparation. Villarreal however starts their season like us, week from now so yesterday was not convincing in that respect. However like mentioned I would wait few rounds to see how we play before drawing ANY conclusions.

I’m hoping our pathetic performance was mostly due to our fitness regime and Brozovic being injured, but there’s certainly reasons to be concerned.

As promising as Aslani is, Brozovic is in my opinion the most significant force multiplier we have, and our most important player.

Handanovic looks really shaky and I hope he doesn’t remain a guaranteed starter.

Our defence has also looked in shambles. De Vraj had a good game yesterday, but I think he’ll struggle more against weaker sides when we’re pressing high and laying siege. We don’t really have any options off the bench either. If Dumfries stays, I’m content with our wingback options.

The midfield should be okay if Brozovic and Barella can stay fit. If Hakan doesn’t lift his game when the season starts, we should be well covered. I have higher hopes for Miki than most (but that could just be Falcao law) and Aslani looks very promising.

Our strikers have looked woeful. Lukaku took a while to ease into Conte’s tactics, hopefully he’ll find his feet soon. I can’t say I have much hope for Dzeko and Correa though. I think they’ll offer much less than what Sanchez did.

At this point, I’m even pessimistic we can finish above Roma.

What? It's totally the opposite. Inzaghi hardly gave primavera a chance at lazio even though he had been primavera coach.
