Tbf the 2 positions pioli mentioning are the exact positions were the "great" Maldini failed to close the deals with botman and sanchez. Very similar to what happened with Bremer but milan gets hardly any critique for it...

Don't have one.
Yeah, their execution is even worse than ours if you ask me, especially coz they have more money to spend.

I was just commenting on their player recruitment philosophy, which is absolutely spot on.

Sanches was big embarrassment imo since he went to PSG for just 15m. It was the player who changed his mind about the move.

Have u seen their midfield/defence?

Allegri is a dinosaur. Im not worried 1 bit about juve. Anyone that follows bookies to rate teams has 0 footballing IQ
Defence? Bonucci and Bremer.
Midfield Zakaria, Rabiot, Pogba...
People easy forget how we were lucky against them last season. And they got Kostić now. He, Chiesa, Vlahović and DiMaria gonna eat whole league.

Lucky?

If not for a penalty that should've never been given, we would have gotten 4 wins out of 4 against them.
Being on the backfoot in Turin and dominating at least two of the other games doesn't equate being 'lucky against them last season' in any way, shape or form.

I know times are tough right now, but your bullshit has gotten to your brain, man. There hasn't been one post from you the last month that isn't overly whiny and/or bitchy.

Hakimi had been followed by ausilio for 2 seasons long before Conte.
You know who also followed Hakimi long before Conte. Everyone, because he was arguably the best RB in Bundesliga. And Bundesliga is not something like estonian first league.
Please, don`t bring here what Ausilio did or does! He is the completely useless.

We beat second tier rube in supercoppa, in last minute goal, in Torino they should beat us minimum 3:1,in Coppa finale it was so so till Perisic scored for 2:1 in extra time, only in first game we deserved win but ended 1:1. I am talking about last season rube, they were completely shite. They have def upgraded their team this mercato, we? Lose Perisic but got Lukaku, still to lose one core player till the end of mercato.
Bad times are coming my friend, bad times.
P. S. If you cant stand my whinin there is always ignore button.
Stay safe and have a nice day.

Milan had a transfer embargo during the change of ownership, hence Maldini's hands were tied re Botman. But its also about urgency & need. Milan won the Scudetto last season with Tomori+Kalulu. Now they have Kjaer back from injury. Botman was an aspirational buy, in reality Milan just need a 4th choice CB to replace the useless Romagnoli.

Regarding replacing Kessie, Milan did very well with Tonali+Bennacer last season. Now they have added Pobega to that, plus Krunic & the useless Bakayoko. Also the additions of De Ketelaere & Adli gives them options of a more attacking midfield. Personally I don't think Milan need Sanches.

Milan didn't have the urgency for these 2 transfers. They can take their time and buy someone if needed later this month. Also unlike Inter, there is no threat of needing to sell their stars players. Thats probably why Maldini doesn't get as much critique.

Milan need a creative scoring RW to be the strongest contender. Ain't no slowball Allegri gonna stop Pioli incase they'll sign Berardi or similar player. Inzaghi sadly cannot survive winter as we saw last season. Classic Inter January meltdown disease only Conte has a cure for it.

On the contrary, I think FIF suffers from greatly underestimating Milan sometimes. Maldini has done remarkably well for a rookie DS, he has a clear plan & strong convictions. These are not excuses, its an opinion.

You are criticising Milan for missing out on Botman, when they already have Kjaer as a back up CB, followed by Gabbia. Inter play with 3 CB's and our first back up is D'Ambrosio, followed by Dimarco - both fullbacks. De Vrij doesn't even have a back up. Its not even the same level of a problem. So its only fair that Inter get more critique on this one than Milan.

just read Liverpool will offer us Firmino or Keita for Brozo straight swap :).... and that we are in a bad financial situation.

It's like why would we take another striker with high wages? Or a always injured MF for the engine of our team for 0 money

I think Firmino's contract is till the end of this season, so this is a cheeky offer. Fuck them.

Surprised it's you saying this your posts are usually so well thought out.

Botman is definitely a step up from a old defender like Kjaer who also is coming off a huge injury. If it was Inter in this position we would be raising hell even considering Kjaer an option. Gabbia who? With your logic kululu is a right back...

Milan deserve slack. Kessie is underrated loss. You can't replace him with pobega. Bennacer isn't a 90min player similar to Arthur from Juve. Adli looks promising but just like Asllani we need to see these players outside of preseason. So their mf is technically deeper but worse.

They upgraded on CAM as cdk is better than brahmin but haven't addressed the winger problem.

I still look at Milan and wonder where the goals will come from. Can leao carry a season.

Contrary to how you see it I saw a Milan team who won due to shear determination last season. So many 1-0 are hard to repeat. I think they'll be worse this year.

(Also Maldini let so many places walk and that's terrible management) no one is perfect and he's done some great picks as well
