And could you stop saying the same all over again, in EVERY single post of yours? :palm:

Why? The age of our squad and our transfer policy is the most important factor for every perspective coach. No top class coach would want to come and risk his reputation with a team that has been run by the players, and without a chance of replacing them with younger and better players.

Even if it's true, you said that 35 times already, that was the 36th... :)

And we DO have young core, but we need coach to introduce it to the first team and point then the right direction... (Cou, Alvarez, Castaignos, Poli, Naga, Jonathan, Zarate, Rano.. Hell, even Wes and Pazzo)...

Well, for now all im saying is that im just glad we got ride of that 3-4-3 formation. By playing each player on it's right position we should be able already to have a good gameplay. I just hope he does ok what's necessary to do.
Don't wanna see Inter lose anymore matchs for a while. GL for him.

Well, if most people here realize this, it is very strange that they still continue to talk about our formation. We have changed many formations over the past 16 months under Benitez, Leonardo and Gasperini, and we have seen no real improvement. The coach and the formation are not our problem.

the team is a problem as well of course but i think this is mainly because our types of players and what they are used to dont leave much space for major changes and thats were some of the mentioned failed

why people discuss formations? - well thats the fascination of football and probably simply because they enjoy it - call it hobby

but thats something different to a thread during a live game were milito muntari or whom ever fuck up and the next 20 posts read like:
"fuck muntari / omg muntari / stupid muntari" and so on
if you feel like that and see it has already been posted like 100 times during the last 10 mins ...

dont you feel like stopping to type?

call the problem "spam" if you like
sry

Luis van Gaal has an excellent record no doubt But he has never coach in Seria A before and this is a big factor, also, he plays with defense line forward similar to Benitez which is not suitable to Inter now, If we were at the transfer market period and we have the enough budget available for him to buy 2 or 3 players at least I would say Yes to Luis van Gaal, but the situation is different.

Oh yes we had. We played great with Leo. Problem with him was his tactics. We played well because the players were motivated AND on their best position. We were embarrassed vs schalke and milan due to Leos mistakes, but i dont blame him, he is still learning...

We were crap with Gasp and with the fatone, because they totally missused the players, the tactics and formation... And were too stubborn to change, so they were sacked. Leo was given confidence even after all those defeats, because he was bonded to the players..

That is the main reason i am affraid with Claudio. I dont know how close he can become with the players and motivate them. Once he does (IF he does) i have no doubt his tactics and ideas will work.

And i agree we have aging squad, but we are improving in that department, have decent young core. If you believe in them or not, it's your problem (како ВАШ, не твој, пошто има доста што мислат исто). The management believes in the younglings, so do i and many more. Who is right, we will see in 2-3 years tops.

Dont know why, but you totally seem like a friend of mine, Admin of FC Inter Fans - Macedonia (are you member of it). He believes Rafa is world class coach, and we should have kept him. I think you are the same (i've read one post saying that sacking Rafa is mistake).

I agree whith you that it is big advantage for a coach if he has serie a experience, off cource!
But Mourinho didn´t have serie a experience and i don´t want to compare Van Gaal to Mourinho. But i think Van Gaal would have been good choice for a coach. Because i don´t think its all about tactics and high defence line, but also our players attitude and workrate in the field. I think now what we need is solid coach who has proven himself and someone who has some balls to work whith our star players and that is what Ranieri misses.

And i have always liked how Van Gaal gives young players chance. Cant see Ranieri do the same.

Van Gaal plays a very attacking formation, we are simply not suited for it.

I don't think that we've played great under Leonardo. We definitely had some good games, but we've also been embarrassed on some occasions, as you've said yourself.

I know that we have some very good young players, but if we have any intention of introducing them to the team in a serious rebuilding process, we should get rid of the older players that are consuming their playing time, instead of buying 32-year-old strikers on the cheap.

As for Benitez, I wouldn't call him a world class, but he is definitely a top class, based on his results at Valencia and Liverpool. He was the wrong choice for Inter, though. Signing an established tactician like Benitez, without giving him the chance to sign at least 2-3 players of his own, in order to implement his tactical system, was always going to end up in tears.
