If we want to move to a system with wingers, Sarri is a much more safer bet than Motta

Do we have the $$$ to compete for hiM + give him the players he might want?

I’d go for bayerns old coach or a cheaper coach that we can use some of those wages on players. Not getting into a bidding war with rich epl teams coach for a slightly better option than what we have

Sarri would be nice, he's doing better with Lazio than I thought he would've this season. Although I'm softening up to the idea of Thiago Motta coming in but we really can't risk not qualifying for CL and I'm sure he will need time to build and perform.

hey if nagelsmann joined inter he'd be one of the few managers in the world younger than the average age of their starting eleven!

I don't think Nagelsmann would make much sense with Zhangs at the club. Zhangs aren't here for any rebuilds and they couldn't even support that properly.

Yep, you may be correct, and certainly if we by some miracle had funds for coaches with different pedigree like tuchel or pochettino, and if they wanted to come here, I wouldn't even entertain him as an option.

Obviously Tuchel was never a realistic option and just a wishful thinking. But i believe we could get Pochettino if we truly wanted him. His PSG stint has really tarnished his reputation, he isn't really linked with a top bench (unless you count Spurs as one lol), he isn't really demanding with transfers and he has close ties with Zanetti so he could easily get convinced. In France they had even reported he rejected offers from French teams because he was holding out for Juventus or Inter. It just looks like he isn't even on the list. Probably because he has never worked in Serie A and Beppe is allergic to those coaches.

CdS: The Nerazzurri want to be ready for any eventuality, so they’ve opened talks with De Zerbi to explore a possible move. The Brighton coach has an €8-10m release clause in his contract and terminating Inzaghi’s deal would cost them around €10m.

Corriere suggest, Inter could hope for a discount from Brighton, but even so, they would have to pay to appoint De Zerbi, something not ideally suited to their financial constraints

Meanwhile, the competition from Chelsea and Spurs to bring in De Zerbi would present a second major obstacle for Inter to bring in the 43-year-old this summer.
As far as I know, it would take €13 million to take De Zerbi from Brighton, so I consider this report pure speculation.

According to Tuttosport, CEO Beppe Marotta would welcome the possibility of Max Allegri were he to leave Juventus.
:yao:

Meanwhile Gasperini is linked to Atletico Madrid by Tuttosport.

Bielsa would ask for little money likely and just field academy players while still managing to win
I think Bielsa would be one of the most sensible options for us? His 4141 system would be good for our roster as we lack cb’s and are little slim at forwards.

Bielsa is also good with young players and we have good promising young players and we have loads of hardworking players like Lautaro, Barella, Brozovic, Gosens, Dimarco, Darmian, Hakan…

Also I think Bielsa would be in our wage budget and on transfer budget.

Don't have one.
Imo bielsa is one of the most overrated managers. He had huge influence on other coaches, but overall as coach for a team that's aiming to fight for something meaningful, he shouldn't even be in a conversation.

Solid choice though for teams like leeds and marseille who lack proper foundation and want to get closer to the top, but for the team that's already there, there is absolutely no need for him.

Kjetil Knutsen from BodoGlint. If somebody watched how they played, he will understand how good he is. I think, right now, together with Napoli, they play most beautifull football.
