One of the main problems IS bad coaching. I don't give a fuck about stats, but what we have seen in the pitch is a mess.

Even stats wise it looks terrible. Worst first round since 2016/17. Conceding in every away game for the first time since 1988. There's no way to sugarcoat it.

Bro, minus a few seasons under Mancini and Mourinho (and maybe half a season in Conte's second season) Inter has always been like this for the past decades. Losing easy points and playing like crap when we expected a dominant easy win was not just down to the past 2 seasons. And Serie A was not exactly a high quality league before Inzaghi arrives.

We are so used to see Juventus dominant the league that when we see another team on the top and Juventus down below we come up with the conclusion that the league is shittier than it used to be.

We have this tendency to always blame the coach for the bad results. I think that's part of the italian football culture that is always quick to sack coaches to fix things. But tbh our issues is more than that. Our squad is getting weaker every season and the players who could have a big impact on the team are either injured or misfiring most of the team.

For all the weaknesses Inzaghi has, he's not the one playing this game. When our players fail to do the basic football right and miss chances left or right the coach is partly to blame for it. It's not like he's gonna change anything by subbing in Gagliardini for Mkhitarian or misfiring Correa and Lukaku for Dzeko and Lautaro.

The impact of the coach is usually overrated in this forum. Coaches have their own impact, but the game is played by the players. That's why even the best coaches in the world could fail if they don't get the right players. I don't rate Inzaghi very highly but I also don't find him as the main reason behind our poor set of results.
Awesome +1.
If I had said this, many would have disputed because of my avatar photo (Icardy)
I always wander why Inter fans are so impatient about the coach and have intention to put all blames on the coach.

Wow - are the stats this year really worse than the Lucescu season? That's my gold plated memory of mentally-fragile underachiever-extraordinaire.

According Gazzeta dello Sport, the talks about new contract between Leao and Milan are broken down. The player wants to change his release clause to 70-80mln from 150mln.
There were some rumors that Leao and Theo have some issues with Pioli.

Milan has a way smaller payroll than us (127m vs 87m). Even with actual contract Skriniar is better paid than Leao or Theo. It was a question of time before Milan will have to deal with these problems. And both of them are hotter names than Skriniar.

The stats behind Paulo Dybala’s impressive season with Roma

As Roma grabbed a vital 2-0 win over Empoli, it proved to be another glittering day out for Paulo Dybala. He grabbed two assists, helping the Giallorossi score twice in the first five minutes through his excellently taken corners.

It was quite emblematic of Roma’s attack, which has been heavily reliant on La Joya’s performances this season. In fact, as per Opta, the Argentine became the first Serie A player to assist twice in the first six minutes of a game since the 2004/05 campaign.

The 29-year-old now has seven goals and as many assists in the Serie A and in all competitions, he has contributed to 17 goals. In an attack which has had a misfiring Tammy Abraham, a Lorenzo Pellegrini who is in and out of the team and a Nicolo Zaniolo who has barely had an impact, La Joya has sparkled.

A case can be made of the fact that he has carried their attack with his creativity and goals. As per FBref, only Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman have a better goals per 90 minutes tally and when it comes to goals plus assists per 90 minutes, only the two African stars and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia have a higher contributed rate per 90 minutes.

For someone who has had fitness issues this season and for some time now, the campaign has been a very impressive one for Dybala.

A big fat F U to anyone at Inter who decided to pass on Dybala for Lukaku

Surprisingly Spezia holding well so far in the first half. Of course Napoli is far better team but they haven't been a real threat in the first half. I doubt Spezia can hold on for another half though.

I guess we have to take Roma at lot more seriously now that they are the closest to us.
