Well, it helped in 2020-'21 that we got a tough Pot 4 team. Gladbach was a good team up until Rose started flirting with Dortmund and torpedoing the team, which didn't happen until well after the group stage. On paper, we got a much easier Pot 4 team, which means it's going to be much tougher to duck out of Europe after the group stage. The absolute last thing we need is pointless Europa League games and that's 100% what's going to happen.

Well this shit was bound to happen, we had pretty solid draws in recent years, it just that we didn't capitalize on it as much.
I wouldn't mind if we end up in europa league it's an actual competition we can win, although for our title aspirations and knowing how inzaghi goes full gas every match it will actually be better if we finish last in our group

Might be because they have a far better team, more organized, less new players, less chaos in preseason. I might be wrong tho.
