In Greece they claim Kinkoue of Inter primavera is expected tomorrow in Athens to finalize his move to Olympiacos. 300k, future sale percentage and a buyback clause.
Funny to see how sometimes you can be completely mistaken your judgement of a player. Saw him playing with Inter at a youth tournament at in Holland. Alongside Agoume and Vergani he looked very promising and I was certain at least one of these 3 players would become a first squad member quickly. At the end they all left the club. Agoume looks the most promising one now.

if its any consolation, i thought Aiman Napoli and Attila Filkor looked only a bit behind Balotelli many years ago.

we need to stop signing trash. We spend so much money on the youth team and its never worth it. Look at Colidio as an example. Worthless.
I doubt most of these mentioned names cost much.

But Colidio seems to be a disaster signing. I remember he cost like 7m several years ago when he joined. We need to get these signings on point much better. Either there never was true talent and we messed up here or there was/is talent but we messed up with the development. I think I'd be even leaning on the latter as it seems we are simply not good doing the loan-game properly.

tbh all these 300-500k transfers add up. 3-4 of them is a Barella pay raise, for example

but, yeah, colidio seems like a fucking disaster.

Our youth management should monitor Eren Aydın from Galatasaray u-19. The guy is a real deal.

To be honest for Colidio I also remembered less than the currently reported €9.5m by Transfermarkt

Thats an oversimplification of things.... examples of players who look destined to be great when u18 who never amount to nothing are abundant...
Heck even later on.. look at ballo had all the talent in the world and atill managed to throw it away...
Sadly you cannot force a guy to train hard and build good habits you can only try to..

" Michele Di Gregorio is again a Monza player". This is the official announcement of the red and white club, which also publishes the usual photo of the player flanked by Adriano Galliani on its website.

"The goalkeeper was acquired by Inter on a temporary annual basis, with the right of option, counter-benefit and obligation to redeem if certain conditions are met. Last season Di Gregorio made 31 appearances with the red and white, including 29 in the Serie B championship where Monza was the team with the best defense. Welcome back Michele!".

Inter Could Offer Michele Di Gregorio + Cash To Sassuolo For Gianluca Scamacca & Davide Frattesi, Italian Media Report

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the 24-year-old could be used to meet part of the Neroverdi’s valuation for the duo, but that he could also stay at Monza should they be promoted from Serie B.
Inter have been looking to try and make a cash-plus-player offer to meet part of the valuation of Scamacca and Frattesi, with Sassuolo potentially interested in a number of players who the Nerazzurri could offer.

Di Gregorio’s name has come up, and the player who is currently on loan with Monza in Serie B could be seen as a long-term replacement for 35-year-old Andrea Consigli in Emilia-Romagna.
The Neroverdi have recently made contact with Di Gregorio’s agent about a possible move, and he could be included as part of a deal for Scamacca and Frattesi, who are two of the Nerazzurri’s major summer targets.
However, there is a clause in the loan deal with Monza which states that the Lombard club will sign Di Gregorio on a permanent basis for €4 million should they win promotion to Serie A.
It remains to be seen whether Monza will achieve promotion, but in the event that they do not then Di Gregorio could be on his way to Sassuolo.

Monza are currently just 4 points off the 1st place in Serie B.

Inter Primavera midfielder Elvis Lindkvist is set to leave the club after returning from a loan spell with Torino’s youth team.
Primavera Midfielder Elvis Lindkvist To Leave Inter After Returning From Loan With Torino, Italian Media Report

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the 20-year-old will not have the option to make his loan deal a permanent one redeemed by the Granata, and that he will be released from his contract with the Nerazzurri.

Lindkvist joined Inter on a three-year deal during the summer of 2020, and spent a season in the Nerazzurri’s youth setup, making appearances with the Under-18, Under-19, and Primavera teams through the season.

Last summer, the Swede made the switch to Torino on loan to play with their youth team, and the Granata had an option worth €300,000 to sign him on a permanent basis.

However, Torino declined to exercise the option and sent Lindkvist back to the Nerazzurri instead, but the Nerazzurri have taken the decision to let Lindkvist go a year before the expiration of his contract.
He played 17 matches for Primavera and managed 0 goals and 0 assists.

Pretty much the same stats as several of our senior players.

Galliani came begging to Inter HQ, asking for loans of Pirola and Di Gregorio to be extended.

Inter academy goalkeeper Michele Di Gregorio looks set to remain on loan at Monza, with an obligation to buy inserted in his contract in the event that Monza are promoted to Serie A next season.

Monza have signed goalkeeper Michele Di Gregorio from Inter for €4 million after their promotion to Serie A was confirmed yesterday, and they could also sign defender Lorenzo Pirola for €7 million.

Two Inter-owned players were among Monza’s squad for a Serie B campaign which climaxed in promotion to Serie A via the playoffs as they beat Pisa 4-3 to win the playoff final 6-4 on aggregate, in the form of Di Gregorio and Pirola.

In the case of Di Gergorio, it is certain that the keeper will be purchased, as the loan deal included a clause that Monza would buy him for €4 million in the event of promotion.

Pirola’s deal, meanwhile, contains an option for the Lombard club to buy the 20-year-old for €7 million, while the Nerazzurri hold a counter-clause to buy him back for €8 million.

Honestly by then it's too late. We need to be extensively scouting at u9 through to u13 levels. Like I said a couple of months ago, pretty.much any international star was a regular player at every youth level for their country.
