You react as if I didn't have the same reaction for Conte. Check my posts before he was here. There are more things I disliked Conte than Inzaghi, such as stubborn, whiny bitch, big ego, conservative and such. Plus the tantrums every years.

But that guy is a winner. He won the league multiple times with inferior teams. The upsides are enough to tolerate the downsides.

But now. We haven't sold any players yet, still have the same squad that gained fucking 91 points just a month ago. But people here already kissed Scudetto goodbye even before the season starts. Why? Because you see a massive downgrade in coach. Because you can see we are nowhere near 91 points next year, can't you? OF COURSE I cannot fake smile and say I am happy.

I'm just saying, its stupid to post one game where he made bad decisions, there are tons of games where also he did great job,in games against us ,BVB or Rube. Cant say Cunte won with inferior teams, maybe first season in Rube, and we know how we won that, with that robbery against Bbilan in crucial game. I hope right now that Inzaghi will give us stability,in such a bad times for a club.So to be competetive till the end,no need to win major trophies. I hope he can be Spalletti for Inter, hope not Gasperini, and thats it.

It's more stupid to waste tons of time to show all the examples. Just need the prominent one, that's it. I don't need to post 50 videos in his 5 years, to show, winning a series then free falling for the rest was his specialty.

Now it is really back. People are now happy with top4. Good luck with hoping for "stability" at a club where there is zero patient. You guys were asking for Conte's head after he finished 2nd in SA and EL, now promising to give Inzaghi time?!? Surely I believe it

All Inzaghi needs to do is compete for the Scudetto and the Champions League. That's where Inter needs to be. If the management wants Inter to just be around, it's another concern.

If we disassemble the team and make bad moves that regress our level, it's not on Inzaghi.

Team spent over 300m within 2 seasons for Conte. Inzaghi gets a start that is assumed to be even worse than Spalletti. Not only we don't get to spend more than we receive, but we need to rake in a profit that won't be reinvested as well! And a much lower salary budget.

Expectations always match the situation. Conte had to compete for the Scudetto and the Champions League. He did well domestically but failed miserably in Europe, apart from that one&done situation in the Europa League summer who everyone knows we wouldn't have reached the final if it was two games during the Serie A schedule... Yet, one (well needed) trophy and everyone felt too happy about his entire tenure, but if you read through the lines, it was actually below par!

Yep, and Cunte wanted more 300m spend this summer to watch another shitshow in CL. We are broke,we're gonna sell Hakimi, maybe more our best players and replace them with Nandez and similiar shit,so right now we need stability and thats it.

As if the pandemic only affects Inter. Coach asides, our rivals are losing their core too. Milan are losing Donnarumma, Hakan, Tonali. Juve, Ronaldo. I don't see how us potentially losing Hakimi alone (as promised) could excuse for losing that 10+ points gap?

Btw let's postpone the discussion till the end of the Mercato. Just wanna remind, as it stands, in Inzaghi's hands are still the squad that break point-record for 10+ years. Not some random peasants Mvila Medel Kuzmanovic and such.

Don't have one.
Not even a short video interview with this dude by inter media team. Just two awkward pictures and that's it. Conte had semi cinematic welcoming ffs, least you can do is put something out :D

Perfect post right up until the last paragraph. Even as a Conte critic myself I still think you're being unreasonably harsh on him but whatever. You're completely right about Inzaghi and with the exception of Allegri, he was easily the best choice, especially considering the ludicrous financial situation he will inherit at the club.

How am I being harsh? From December 2020 and on almost eberyone here was like "Scudetto or bust", saying that the season was failed and many people felt that Scudetto would only make it bittersweet or whatever.

Apparently, he will not be welcomed officially until the end of July.

His record with Lazio is mixed, but there are more than few good signs. Failures can serve him good, it's a normal thing, not an omen.

I'll be satisfied and mainly relieved if we compete for the top 4 and quite happy if we advance to the knockout stages in CL.

You have simply a wrong approach here. Scudetto or bust does not mean that if you win the Scudetto, it's something normal and it's just "not failure". After we went out of CL, it was basically very close to binary end of the season. Indeed a great success or great failure.

When we are 11 years without a Scudetto, finally getting that is a great success no matter what. And we did fucking destroy the Serie A, we won it by 12 points. No ifs or buts.
