So Netherlands are out because Van Persie couldn't hack another 20 minutes and as I've been saying all tournament, Cillessen is a fucking dud. He looks (not just performance-wise, but appearance-wise too) like a frail and timid little bitch. He never believed for a second that he could save any of those penalties.

Still couldn't believe Van Gaal didn't sub RVP out earlier with the sickness. He had to wait until ET and use a sub on someone else in regulation. what the hell?

I'm not pulling for Argentina. I just can't.

For me it was a deserved victory for Argentina but it was a very tough game for both, Argentina was better overall in the first 90 minutes and then Netherlands was better in extra time. Besides, didn't Higuain scored a goal that was wrongly ruled offside?

Can't blame Van Gaal, if Huntelaar had scored he would've been the hero again. If Krul had failed and CR killed us off he would've been the idiot back then...

This entire sport is basically a lottery, it's based on luck in the little moments... Sometimes things go your way, sometimes they don't. Van Gaal wanted to break them in regular time today, but too bad.

Argentina once more proved themselves real disgusting divers and their schwalbes were rewarded with a FK too easily, though it didn't impact the game too much so whatever. Especially seeing ratface get through with this was horrifying. At least we've tired and drained them 100% while the Germans got a free pass to the final. Even without it this Argentina wouldn't have stood a chance against ze Germans though.

I'll be rooting for my neighbours, at least Europe will reign again, this time even in SA...

Losing now was probably better than losing a 4th final and against Germany again anyway...

It was 50/50 up until the 70th, with Argentina being better in flashes... then Argentina vanished and were overrun most of the time... I doubt we would've survived pens even with Krul tho. But not even a flash of intimidation from Cillessen ffs...

We didn't score our chances, so too bad... Now the 3rd most disgusting team and the 1st most undeserving team in world football stands in the final. :yuck: Typical SA mentality, dropping like flies if you accidentally touch their arm with a fingertip. :yuck: :yuck: Glad that diseased shit won't lift the cup. Never wanna see Ratface lift it anyway.

Guess they're lucky they were up against a bunch of kids. Proud of these kids though, reaching the best 4 or 3 of the world the way they did.

They couldn't keep it up anymore though, worn out. Gave it all they could.

Probably last WC for Robben and Sneijder... Probably for RVP and the other legends too. This really was the last chance... Now I'll be old and grey before I witness a final again. Pretty boring. I alternated watching with playing guitar, masturbating and daydreaming about an Inter that didn't have Mazzarri as it's manager. How Argentina made it to the WC Finals with a midfield trio of Mascherano, Biglia and Perez, I'll never know. Defense and GK'ing is quite stout though. They also missed Di Maria. Such an underrated player for club and country IMO
