10 years that is really amazing. At the moment I don't have so much time to post here, but I come everyday to read the most new and important things concerning Inter. This forum is simply amazing. In Germany we have a subforum on transfermarkt.de, but with all those Milan and Juve cunts it just isn't as much fun as here. Here you write what you want, insult your players, laugh a lot (that Thoir gif is a fucking masterpiece if you ask me).

I really hope that we will achieve another ten years and keep the quality of this forum at this high level. This website is definitely my favorite one and without it, something important will be missing. I love you guys (no homo)

This. It's just like talking among a big family on this forum.

Except I don't usually masturbate to avatars in my family.

(this would work out tremendously better if people actually had themselves in their avatars

Even Zanetti looks way younger on his avatar. The old Inter logo next to him. Jesus christ, time flies.

What? You're here for real?!?!

Where have you been Luis?

And Jimmy got banned! What happened?

Jimmy asked to be banned. In old age he seemingly got very irrational. Maybe RL was bad to him or something, but he definitely wasn't the likable guy he once was.

I'm fine with being called an idiot, bastard, a moron and whatnot, but irrational?

I left because the forum was too negative, hateful against their own players and the admin team promoted pranksters as authorities. Can you look at this forum TODAY and say I was wrong? There was a time I subscribed to the 'Most pessimist member', but even this forum turned me around, because anyone with that level of negatism couldn't live anymore. ( I think Pajo knows what I'm talking about after having the same role as me for years and reading the same thing over and over again- why we can snap after a while)

Irrational for those believes. I may not be likeable anymore, but at least I finally called it as it is. It's unfortunate it made me to become a martyr that everyone treats as a joke or in your case- I have to defend myself. But any sane person can recognise that FIF is a ridiculously negative place where we mock our own players, every topic consists of negativity and if not that- it's just sarcasm against our own team or other members? Am I wrong?

Guess so, since I've acted 'irrational'

And indeed- Habby B'day, I hope you enjoy it AND change it.

/ Jimmy

I think it's irrational to think that people are now just significantly more negative than they once were. There are just more people which can give the illusion that negativity is now on the rise. There has, is and will always be an element of negativity across any group of people. Also, my comment about your irrationality is more to do with your public tirade about getting your account removed. It just seemed a little ridiculous. If you don't like what the forum has become you should instead remember it for what it was. Having your account deleted will serve no purpose.

Plus If you remember rightly I was always one of the few who tried to defend you in the latter years, so It's not like I have a particular distaste for you or something.

I had tried for months to talk to Han to get my account deleted. The whole thing wasn't supposed to get public, but Han has no E-mail, he cannot receive private messages and he cannot receive FB-messages. That was why I had to create those topics- I never wanted to since it was- to me- a private thing.

Why- I wanted it? Because as I've said- clearly. If you think I'm wrong, then fine, I accept that. But I never get a positive feeling going to this forum and read all the crap. It was never what we wanted, but some of us are more strong-willed. The other poor bastards, such as myself, can just complan. ;) :D

I'm the same person, but I could never live my life, reading all this negatism week after week. I know Inter suck, but come on! And this forum had all (and still has) the ingrediences to work, but make the wrong decisions. Severly! I'm the creator of this site, and the reason why I made a big deal to remove myself completely, was because... well it currently sucks. I have no pride in it.
As occupancy- I'm a sportjournalist and be associated with FI is a complete shame. Hence I wanted my name erased totally.

Do you get my argument now?

I'm still the same, and the likeable dude you remember, but sometimes I have to turn on a serious face. ;) If it means, giving the finger to an idiot authority and make a running joke with the usage of word 'asshole' (which was a joke and I just run with it), then I hope those who really KNOW me, understand it. Which obviously hasn't worked at a forum, since I'm labelled as 'irrational' and 'serious' :p

I think there is a lot of false causality here, too.

People are more negative, of course they are, this team has sucked dreadful fucking balls since the treble. More over we're in a permanent and seemingly unstoppable - no matter how much spending - spiral downwards. Investment results in liabilities, not in assets.

Of course people are negative and I think they are entitled to be pessimistic and cynical. There hasn't been a significant glimmer of hope - and those that do crop up briefly (for example Kovacic) are soon destroyed (i.e. under Mazzarri).

I for one quite enjoy the dynamic of the forum at the moment. There's a nice community aspect for some parts, and the personal attacks now are about 100x less than they were 3-4 years ago. It's nice to have more active moderators, too. Whether you like them on a personal level or not, they are pretty just in dealing with community issues.

If you think this forum is a 'complete shame' then you've got a lot to learn about life....

It's also interesting how you focus on the negativity. There's plenty of positivity, too. Look at people's attitudes towards JJ. Hell, even Jonathan gets credit when he plays well [note, rarely, but he did get due credit at the start of the season]. Not everyone is sat here looking at the club through pessimistic glasses, and for once (the reason I initially left) people aren't sat here looking at the club through rose-tinted glasses.

I personally believe, having been here since 2005 and even when I was inactive I would regularly browse and read, the standard of discussion now is right up there with some of the best we've ever had. Alot of the core forum users - many still the same people who have been around for 5+ years - are more mature, have learned to discuss and share their ideas without resorting to personal attacks, and understand how to construct a good debate/discussion/argument now, rather than resorting to calling each other faggots everytime someone disagrees with one another.

Just my two cents..

10 years.. wow, I'm just surprised that I've been here for 6 and a half. I'll never forget the day I found this place whilst searching up English lyrics to Pazza Inter Amala. And almost immediately after joining I got into arguments with Azzkikr. I love this place though, living in Canada where hockey takes front and center and knowing not a single person who is a fan of Inter, I've met so many different people from all walks of life and we're all so different, that's what makes this place so awesome.

han, sun, pajo, i4e, shaun, stefan, you guys have done wonders in making this place what it is. the users too though make this place one to keep coming back, even if it is a sausage fest.

Maybe we should keep this thread about the milestone achieved and not belittle it by our petty arguments :) just saying
