SIGNING UP

First of all, we welcome everyone to sign up and participate in the discussions at Forza Inter Forums, henceforth known as FI. However, the rules & regulations of the forum will have to be agreed on upon registration. Please take your time to read and you may e-mail the administrator for any further rule clarifications.

POLITICS & RELIGION

In order for FI to function as a community for Interisti all over the world, certain sensitive issues are to be moderated with care. However, members are permitted to engage in debates of a political and religious nature; such discussions however, may only take place in the Politics & Social Commentary forum. Any discussions pertaining to the aforementioned topics not found in the Politics forum proper will be moved. Avatars & signatures of a political and religious nature are banned, however. Any member found sporting such avatars and/or signatures will have them removed and/or edited without prior notice.

PICTURES & AVATARS

Members are allowed to post pictures on the forum. However, we expect everyone to maintain the decency to display pictures that are neither degrading nor demeaning to our members. For instance, pornographic pictures are certainly not allowed. When choosing avatars, please note that the maximum size allowed is 100 x 100 pixels. Any member with a displayed avatar that is of a bigger size will have his picture deleted (or edited). FI has a library of avatars created by our members for use by the Interisti. However, if you wish to use the avatar on another forum, please request for permission from the owner. If the particular avatar creator in question is unknown, you may simply make a public request or to PM any of the Administrators or Moderators.

SIGNATURES

As with your choice of avatars, the management team encourages free expression of individual identity. However, there exists an 8 line limit for signatures. This is done to prevent posts, and subsequently, pages, from being cluttered with long signatures. Also, please take note that we do not allow images to be displayed within signatures, as this will result in longer loading times which will affect many of our members.

LANGUAGE & COMMUNICATION

FI's main forum language is in English, as our members come from all walks of life and from all parts of the world. As such, the main unifying language on the forums is English. If you wish to make comments in your native language, you may do so for a couple of lines or a few posts. Self moderation is a requirement here - anything more than a few posts will disrupt the flow of the thread and generate confusion amongst its members. Vulgarities are allowed on this forum, but not to an extreme. However, you may not use foul language that is directed at anyone of our members. This is an important rule as we do not want the community spirit on FI to be damaged by members who do not respect their fellow peers.

FORUM ETHICS

FI has banned all discussions of a racist or discriminatory nature. As we have mentioned in the rules regarding language, we do not want any member to be oppressed or ostracized by virtue of their nationality, gender etc. Respect others and in turn, you will be shown respect. You may disagree with someone on his views, but this does not give you a reason to attack him personally. Criticize someone's posts but not do not criticize the person.

ADVERTISEMENTS

We do not allow any football forum related advertisements to be displayed in the forum. If you display a link to any football forum site that does not have a prior cooperation with FI, the link will be removed with immediate effect. Persistance in spamming with links will see your membership removed from the forum. If you have a football forum, you may request for cooperation from the Administrators. Simply e-mail one of the administrators to enquire on a future partnership between our sites. We allow posting links to other websites in reasonable amounts. As long as the link doesn't involve a football forum, you may have the link placed in your signature. However, do not register on FI just to advertise your site. As above, you will be banned if such motives are clear. When posting articles from another website, please respect the intellectual property rights and quote the website or author with a link.

REVEALING RESULTS

This is an important rule on FI. Members are not allowed to reveal results of matches in all threads except for the official match thread. For example, if Inter is playing against Juventus, you may only post about the results in the official Inter - Juventus thread, and no where else. This is to ensure that members on the forum who are catching a delayed broadcast of the match will not have their viewing pleasure disrupted by knowledge of the scoreline beforehand. Please respect our members with regards to this simple but important rule.

NON-INTER FANS

Even as a member of the forums, please remember that you are posting in your capacity as a non-Inter fan. We expect you to maintain a form of respect toward the club and its fans. If your sole mission on FI is to bait the fans or to bash the club, we will not hesitate to ban you from the forums. This is an Inter forum created as a haven for all Inter fans around the world, but we believe that our community is welcoming of other fans.

PROBLEMS & ISSUES ON THE FORUMS

Forza Inter Forums is built on a strong community spirit amongst its members. As a member of the forums, you have a right to express your opinions, provided they fall within the rules & guidelines listed above. However, if you feel that you are being harassed or insulted by a member or members on Forza Inter, you may feel free to contact one of the Administrators or Moderators to resolve the dispute. Never take matters into your own hands by starting senseless arguments. As the management team of Forza Inter, we are here to assist you in whatever problems you may run into on your time on the boards.

Forza Inter Forums is run, managed and maintained by a group of dedicated Inter fans. You may contact either one of us if you run into any problems on the forums. However, please note that the management team are also human, and often busy at times. If you do not receive a response from an individual Administrator or Moderator, you may contact several to get your query across.
